TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CLUB GYPROCK/RONDO Product Quiz – Feb/March 2025.
Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113 (“Promoter” or “CSR”). Telephone: 1300 306 556.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The Competition commences at 2:00pm (AEDT) on 17/02/2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31/03/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
ELIGIBILITY
4. Entry is only open to Club Gyprock members who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (Entrants). Employees or contractors of Entrants may enter on behalf of an Entrant, but must state the name of the business or entity upon their Entry.
5. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this competition are ineligible to enter the competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
6. To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, answer the four (4) questions that form the online Rondo Product Quiz produced by Club Gyprock, located here: https://survey.survicate.com/a27b05f362152494/
7. Multiple entries are not permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated.
8. Entrants must have an active Club Gyprock account at the time of the judging process commencing.
9. Entrants must respond to all four (4) questions correctly and entries must include all mandatory requested contact details to be eligible to win. The entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
10. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant will deem their Entry invalid.
11. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
12. Costs associated with accessing the competition website remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service or telecommunications provider used.
JUDGING
13. The judging to determine the winners will commence at 10:30am (AEDT) on 02/04/2025 at CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
14. This competition is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winners.
15. Winners will be determined based on the order in which they have entered the competition and they will be eligible if they have responded correctly to all four (4) questions.
16. The first four hundred and fifty (450) Entrants who meet the above criteria (as determined by the judges) will win one (1) Club Gyprock/Rondo T-shirt (valued at $40, excl delivery).
17. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judges’ decision is final, the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
18. The winners will be notified via email within four (4) days of the judging process commencing. Their business name and locality may be published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites between 02/04/25 – 30/04/25.
PRIZES
19. The first four hundred and fifty (450) winning entries from all entries received during the Promotional Period will each win one (1) Club Gyprock/Rondo T-shirt.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the prizes after the date and time of prize delivery to a winner.
21. It is a condition of accepting and participating in a prize that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
22. Prize winners can only win one (1) prize.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the identity and age of the winner before issuing the prize.
24. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. All prize values are the recommended retail price (including GST).
25. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
26. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
27. The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 30/04/2025 in order to distribute any prize(s) (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner(s) will be notified in writing via email. All reasonable steps to notify the winner(s) of the results of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be taken by the Promoter.
GENERAL
28. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the competition and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the competition, before issuing a prize. If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or Entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction, then all the entries of that Entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all Entries and to disqualify any Entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
31. As a condition of entering this competition, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the competition (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the competition as requested by the Promoter and its agents and sign any additional documents reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to this condition. Applicable manufacturers, and/or distributors should be contacted in regard to all prize warranty claims.
32. If the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures, directions of regulators or industry self-regulatory bodies or any which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and/or if necessary to provide alternative prize(s) to the same value as the original prize(s), subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
33. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies exclude all liability (inclu- ding negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the competition.
34. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, inclu- ding those resulting from accessing any materials related to this competition and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this competition as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, prize claims or prize(s); and/or (iv) acceptance and/or use of any prize.
35. An Entry and any copyright subsisting in an Entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter.
36. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIVACY
37. The Promoter collects Personal Information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the competition, award the prizes (where appropriate) and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the competition and is deemed ineligible. An Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is a winner, publish or cause to be published the Entrant winner’s name and locality in any media, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation.
38. If the Promoter collects an Entrant’s Personal Information, the Promoter will provide to the Entrant, at time of entry into the competition or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, a collection statement that details the Personal Information being collected, the purpose of its collection, where the Personal Information will be stored and how it will be shared with third parties. The collection statement will comply with the Promoter’s disclosure obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
39. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@csr.com.au. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of Personal Information collected may be obtained at https://www.csr.com.au/privacy-policy
40. By entering the competition, Entrants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the Entrant’s Personal Information by the Promoter is to contact the Entrant in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share an Entrant’s Personal Information with its Australian and overseas related companies, servants, employees, agents and trusted third parties who may contact the Entrant for their legitimate commercial purposes, including special offers, market research or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials in this way. By entering the competition, Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter and any applicable third parties may use their Personal Information in the manner set out in this condition.
41. In these Conditions of Entry: “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

CLUB GYPROCK 5,000 Bonus Points Incentive March 2025
Information on the Promotional Period, how to claim and bonus points form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotion commences for claims at 6:00am (AEDT) on 01/03/2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31/03/2025 (Promotional Period).
The promoter is CSR Building Products Limited (ABN 55 008 631 356) of Triniti 3, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113; telephone: 1300 306 556 (Promoter).
ELIGIBILITY
Claims are only open to select Club Gyprock members who have not made a purchase on their CSR Gyprock trading account since Dec 1st 2024. Claimants must be residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and have fulfilled the requirements set out below (Claimants). Employees or contractors of Claimants may claim on behalf of a Claimant, but must state the name of the business or entity upon claiming.
The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are ineligible to claim the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
To automatically receive 5,000 Club Gyprock Bonus Points, Claimants must, spend a minimum of $100 in one or more transactions during the Promotional Period, at a Gyprock Trade Centre via their CSR Gyprock account (cash or credit) (Qualifying Purchase). For the avoidance of doubt, Claimants must provide their CSR Gyprock trading account details upon making their Qualifying Purchase to receive the 5,000 Club Gyprock Bonus Points.
BONUS POINTS
The 5,000 Club Gyprock Bonus Points will be allocated to their Club Gyprock account by the 10th of April 2025.
Claimants will be rewarded once only during the Promotional Period. Multiple Qualifying Purchases by the same Club Gyprock customer will not be rewarded. If multiple Claimants share the same Club Gyprock trading account, only one (1) Qualifying Purchase for that Club Gyprock trading account will be rewarded (regardless of which Claimant made the Qualifying Purchase).
Claimants must have an active Club Gyprock account at the time of the purchase and as of the 10th of April 2025.
GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request the Claimant produce (within the requested time) proof of purchase of the Gyprock merchandise as well as appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Claimant’s identity and eligibility to claim the Promotion before issuing the Bonus Points. If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or a Claimant or the claim has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction, then all claims submitted by that Claimant may be ineligible and deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all claims and to disqualify any Claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has : (a) tampered with the claim process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Bonus Points will only be awarded following any validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
Incomplete transactions will be deemed invalid. Further, if any Qualifying Purchases contain items that have been returned (for reasons other than if any items are faulty or defective) and which lower the collective value of all of a Claimant’s Qualifying Purchases to an amount less than $100, the Claimant will be deemed ineligible to claim the 5,000 Club Gyprock Bonus Points.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Claimant.
Successful Claimants will be notified by email.
Club Gyprock Bonus Points are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, and the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a Claimant; or (e) use of / taking of the Club Gyprock Bonus Points.
All claims irrevocably become, at time of claim submission, the property of the Promoter.

11. The digital draw to determine the winners will take place at 11:00am (AEST) on 12/05/2025 at CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113. The prizes will be randomly drawn.
12. The winners will be notified personally within four (4) days of the draw, and their last name, first initial and state may be published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites between 12/05/2025 – 31/05/2025. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Prizes will be delivered to the winners by way of email to the winners’ email address notified to the Promoter.
14. The Promoter may conduct a re-draw at the same place and in the same manner as the original draw on 31/05/2025 in order to distribute any Prize(s) (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
PRIZES
15. There are three (3) x $500 Everyday Wish eGift cards to be won. The first 3 eligible entries drawn from all Entries received during the Promotional Period will each win one (1) of these prizes.
16. Redemption and use of the Prize will be subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions. The Everyday Wish eGift Card is valid for use in the new Everyday Rewards Shop, Woolworths Supermarkets, BIG W, BWS, Dan Murphy’s, participating ALH Venues, and participating EG fuel sites.
17. It is a condition of accepting and participating in a promotion that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
18. The total maximum prize pool value is AUD $1,500 inc GST. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prize cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. All prize values are the recommended retail price (incl GST).
GENERAL
19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all Entries and to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) tampered with the entry process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
20. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
21. As a condition of entering this promotion, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image (including the photograph the subject of the entry) and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
22. The Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the competition as requested by the Promoter and its agents and sign any additional documents reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to this condition. Applicable manufacturers, and/or distributors should be contacted in regard to all prize warranty claims.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
24. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
25. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, and the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (d) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant.
27. All entries irrevocably become, at time of entry submission, the property of the Promoter.
28. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIVACY
29. The Promoter collects Personal Information (as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion, award the prizes (where appropriate) and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. An Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may, in the event the Entrant is a winner, publish or cause to be published the Entrant winner’s name and locality in any media, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation.
30. If the Promoter collects an Entrant’s Personal Information, the Promoter will provide the Entrant, at time of entry into the promotion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, a collection statement that details the Personal Information being collected, the purpose of its collection, where the Personal Information will be stored and how it will be shared with third parties. The collection statement will comply with the Promoter’s disclosure obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
31. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@csr.com.au. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 32. By entering the promotion, Entrants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the Entrant’s Personal Information by the Promoter is to contact the Entrant in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share an Entrant’s Personal Information with its Australian and overseas related companies, servants, employees, agents and trusted third parties who may contact the Entrant for their legitimate commercial purposes, including special offers, market research or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials in this way. By entering the promotion, Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter and any applicable third parties may use their Personal Information in the manner set out in this condition.
33. In these Conditions of Entry: “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.
34. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat.
