Information on how to enter the CSR Gyprock & Rondo $100K Cash Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion“), the conditions of entry, and prizes, form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
PROMOTER
1. The promoter is CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde NSW 2113 (“Promoter” or “CSR”), telephone: 1300 306 556. NSW Authority No. TP/03552, ACT Permit No. TP 24/01701, SA T24/1314.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The Promotion commences at 6:00am AEST on 2 September 2024 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on 2 November 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
ELIGIBILITY
4. Participation in the Promotion is limited to Australian residents aged 18 years or older and corporate entities, holding either a Gyprock Trading Account or a Cash Sale Trading Account with the Promoter (“Eligible Customers”), and who fulfill the entry criteria set out below at clause 6.
5. Prohibited from entering in and participating in the Promotion are:
HOW TO ENTER
6. To enter the Promotion and be considered an “Entrant”, Eligible Customers must, during the Promotional Period:
with each instance of the above conditions being satisfied being an “Entry”. The step for Entry set out at clause 6b is required once only in the first instance, and following such registration, all Eligible Purchases (and therefore, Entries), will be captured automatically on the Entrant’s account.
7. The number of Entries into the Promotion that an Entrant will receive is based on the amount spent on Eligible Products, with the respective number of Entries per Eligible Purchase as outlined below:

8. Multiple Entries by the same Entrant in the Promotion are permitted, subject to the following:
9. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases of Eligible Products in separate transactions cannot be combined to form an Eligible Purchase of a single amount.
10. All products within the Rondo range are deemed Eligible Products. However, Eligible Products are subject to availability and not all Eligible Products may be available for sale in all participating Gyprock Trade Centre Stores at all times during the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Eligible Products being unavailable.
ENTRY CONDITIONS
11. Valid and eligible Entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
12. Each Entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of purchase (upon request by the Promoter) of each Eligible Purchase in order to claim a prize. If an Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all Entries made within the required timeframes, then all the Entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. Proof of purchase includes showing the original and providing a copy of a valid receipt and a valid invoice number and/or sales order number for each Eligible Purchase made during the Promotional Period. Purchase receipts must clearly specify where the Eligible Purchase was made and that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Promotional Period (and prior to Entry in the Promotion).
13. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Entries, or Entries which do not meet the requirements of these Terms, will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected Entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant will deem their Entry invalid.
14. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allow an Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly are prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
15. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional website will be the responsibility of an Entrant and may vary depending on their internet service or telecommunications provider used.

17. Prizes will only be awarded to winners who are Entrants and not to an individual who entered on behalf of an Entrant (as applicable).
18. Major Prize conditions: The prize of $50,000 cash will be transferred via EFT to the nominated Australian bank account of each of the winners, the details of which must be provided to the Promoter within twenty eight (28) days of the Promoter’s request. The bank account provided must be in the name of the winner(s). A stolen cash prize (where the loss or theft is not due to the Promoter’s default) will not be replaced or refunded. Failure by the winner to provide bank details by the cut off time specified by the Promoter will result in forfeiture of their right to the prize. All ancillary costs including any tax implications not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner(s).
19. Apple Watch Ultra 2 GPS + Cellular prize conditions: The exact colour of the Apple Watch and its accessories will be determined by the Promoter. Apple is not a participant in, nor a sponsor of, the Promotion.
20. Entry Prize: The first 1,000 eligible and valid Entries will each be awarded a Rondo Gyprock Trade Dry Bag Backpack. Only one (1) entry prize per Entrant and account.
PRIZE DRAW
21. A draw to determine the winners of the Promotion will take place at 10:30am AEST on 6 November 2024 at the offices of the Promoter’s agent, J&C Advertising, at Suite 502, Level 5, 77 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018.
22. All Major Prizes will be randomly drawn with the first two (2) valid Entries drawn being the winners of the Major Prizes identified at clause 16 above.
23. All Secondary Prizes will be randomly drawn with the first forty five (45) valid Entries drawn (after the winners of the Major Prizes have been drawn) being the winners of the Secondary Prizes identified at clause 16 above. The prizes will be drawn in descending value, in the order set out at clause 16.
24. After the winners of the Major Prizes and the Secondary Prizes have been drawn, all remaining Entries will be assorted into 61 groups based on the Entrants’ local Gyprock Trade Centre (being that Gyprock Trade Centre selected by the Entrant at the time of completing the online registration form referred to at clause 6b) (“GTC Groups”). The GTC Store Prizes will be randomly drawn with the first (1) valid Entry drawn from each of the sixty one (61) GTC Groups being the winners of the GTC Store Prizes identified at clause 16 above.
25. Entry Prizes will be awarded automatically to the first one thousand (1,000) eligible and valid Entries received. Only one (1) Entry Prize per Entrant and account can be awarded.
26. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve Entries in case an invalid Entry or Entrant is drawn.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
28. Prize winners can only win one prize (excluding the winners of Entry Prizes who will remain in the draw to win a Major Prize, Secondary Prize or GTC Store Prize in accordance with these Terms). If an Entrant has multiple Entries, they are only eligible to win the first prize drawn. Any subsequent prizes will be redrawn. This limit excludes SA residents who are eligible to win multiple prizes.
29. The total maximum prize pool value is $270,905 including GST. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). If a prize, or any element of a prize, is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another item of equal or higher value, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation. The Promoter accepts no liability for variation in prize value (including between the time of advertising the Promotion and receipt of the prize).
30. A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. All prize values are the recommended retail price (including GST).
NOTIFICATION AND COLLECTION
31. The winners of the prizes will be notified personally in writing within four (4) days of the draw. For the avoidance of doubt, the Entry Prize winners will also be notified of their win within four (4) days of the draw. Winners of prizes valued at $250 or greater will have their last name, first initial and postcode published on Gyprock Trade’s social media accounts and website pages on or by 12 November 2024. All reasonable steps will be taken to notify the winners of the results of the draw.
32. All Prizes (excluding the Major Prizes [see clause 18] and GTC Store Prizes) will be sent to the winners’ address submitted at the time of completing the online registration form referred to at clause 6b). All GTC Store Prizes are to be collected by the winners from their local Gyprock Trade Centre nominated at the time of completing the online registration form referred to at clause 6b (being the same Gyprock Trade Centre to which the winner was allocated for, for the purposes of drawing the GTC Store Prizes). The Promoter accepts no liability and shall not be responsible for the distribution of any GTC Store Prize where the Gyprock Trade Centre nominated by the winner(s) (and thus, the place from which their GTC Store Prize is to be collected from) is not conveniently located to them, is incorrect, or if they are otherwise unable to collect the GTC Store Prize by the time designated by the Promoter, in which case, the prize will be considered forfeited and the Promoter is not obligated to allocate it elsewhere or conduct a re-draw.
33. The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 7 March 2025 in order to distribute any prize(s) (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner(s) will be notified in writing. The winner(s) of prizes valued at $250 or greater will have their last name, first initial and postcode published on the Promoter’s website pages by 14 March 2025. All reasonable steps to notify the winner(s) of the results of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be taken by the Promoter.
34. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or do not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize. If, pursuant to clause 24, there is no winner of a GTC Store Prize for a particular GTC Group, the draw and the GTC Store Prize in question will be considered forfeited and the Promoter is not obligated to allocate that prize elsewhere or conduct a re-draw. The Promoter accepts no responsiblility for unclaimed or undelivered prizes where the winners failed to provide correct or complete contact details at the time of Entry or subsequently failed to notify the Promoter of any change of address, or in respect of any prizes that are stolen, lost, damaged, forged or tampered with.
35. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Terms in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms or otherwise.
36. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
GENERAL
37. Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have read these Terms and that their entry into the Promotion deems their acceptance of these Terms.
38. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
39. Entrants can only enter in their own name, however, employees or contractors of an Eligible Customer may enter on their behalf but must state the name of the business or entity upon their Entry. Individuals who submit an Entry in their own name as a result of a transaction made on behalf of an Eligible Customer without permission, or without disclosing the name of the business or entity on whose behalf they enter for, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and their Entry may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
40. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the Promotion, before issuing a prize. If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or Entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction, then all the Entries of that Entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid.
41. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
42. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
43. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate exclude all liability (including negligence) howsoever arising in connection with or related to this Promotion or any prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
44. The Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any Entry in its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where it believes an Entrant has submitted a misleading Entry, an Entry not compliant with or in breach of these Terms, where an Entrant has tampered with or manipulated the Entry process and so forth. Further, the Promoter reserves its rights to cancel this Promotion at any time without liability.
45. If a winner breaches these Terms, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize(s) in whole and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter whose decision is final. Any failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
46. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, or if any act, event or circumstance occurs which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or if necessary to provide alternative prize(s) to the same value as the original prize(s), subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
47. An Entry and any copyright subsisting in an Entry irrevocably becomes, at time of Entry, the property of the Promoter.
48. The laws of New South Wales govern this Promotion and the Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales.
PRIVACY
49. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI“) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
50. If the PI requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the Promotion and is deemed ineligible.
51. All PI will be collected, stored, handled and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained at https://www.csr.com.au/privacy-policy/. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@csr.com.au.

CLUB GYPROCK Annual Member Survey September 2024 – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113 (Promoter).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The competition commences at 2:00pm (AEST) on 02/09/2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30/09/2024 (Promotional Period).
ELIGIBILITY
3. Entry is only open to Club Gyprock members who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (Entrants). Employees or contractors of Entrants may enter on behalf of an Entrant, but must state the name of the business or entity upon their Entry.
4. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this competition are ineligible to enter the competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
5. To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, complete the survey available at: https://tinyurl.com/m2vkudzv All mandatory questions must be completed and the entrant’s contact details provided to receive the 1,000 Club Gyprock points, and to go into the draw to win 1 of 3 x $500 Ultimate Everyone eGift Card (valued at AUD$500 each).
6. One entry per Club Gyprock member only. Multiple entries are not permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated.
7. Entrants must have an active Club Gyprock account at the time of the draw.
8. Entries must include all mandatory requested contact details. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
9. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant will deem their Entry invalid.

PRIZES
12. All Entrants, who complete the survey and provide the requested contact details, will receive 1,000 Club Gyprock Bonus points, that will be added to their Club Gyprock Account by October 31st 2024.
13. Entrants must have an active Club Gyprock account at the time of the draw.
14. Three (3) Entrants from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period will also win one (1) $500 Ultimate Everyone eGift Card (valued at AUD$500 each).
15. The total maximum Prize pool value is AUD $1,500 inc GST.
16. It is a condition of accepting and participating in a prize that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
17. Prize winners can only win one (1) prize.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the identity and age of the winner before issuing the prize.
19. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. All prize values are the recommended retail price (including GST). correspondence will be entered into.
DRAW
20. A digital draw to determine the winners of the Competition will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on 01/10/2024 at the Promoter’s Head Office at Triniti 3, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113.
21. All prizes will be randomly drawn with the first three (3) valid entries drawn being the winners of the prizes identified at clause 14 above.
22. The winners will be notified personally in writing within four (4) days of the draw. Winners of prizes valued at $250 or greater may have their last name, first initial and postcode published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites between 01/10/24 – 31/10/2024.
23. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results will be taken by the Promoter.
24. The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 30/11/2024 in order to distribute any prize(s) (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner(s) will be notified in writing. Winners of prizes valued at $250 or greater may have their last name, first initial and postcode published on the Promoter’s social media accounts and website pages by 16/12/2024. All reasonable steps to notify the winner(s) of the results of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be taken by the Promoter.
25. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Terms in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms or otherwise.
26. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
GENERAL
27. Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have read these Terms and that their entry into the Competition deems their acceptance of these Terms.
28. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Individuals who submit an Entry in their own name as a result of a Transaction made on behalf of an Entrant without permission, or without disclosing the name of the business or entity upon their Entry, are ineligible to participate in the competition and their Entry may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the competition and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid.
29. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the competition, before issuing a prize. If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or Entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction, then all the entries of that Entrant may be ineligible and deemed invalid.
30. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all Entries and to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) tampered with the entry process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
31. As a condition of entering this Competition, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image (including the photograph the subject of the entry) and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the competition (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
32. The Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the competition as requested by the Promoter and its agents and sign any additional documents reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to this condition. Applicable manufacturers, and/or distributors should be contacted in regard to all prize warranty claims.
33. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
34. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
35. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, and the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in

unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (d) any tax liability incurred by a Entrant.
37. All entries irrevocably become, at time of entry submission, the property of the Promoter.
38. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIVACY
39. The Promoter collects Personal Information (“PI”) (as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the Competition and award the Bonus Points (where appropriate). If the PI requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the Competition and is deemed ineligible. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their PI held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@csr.com.au. By participating in the competition, Entrants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the Entrant’s PI by the Promoter is to contact the Entrant in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. CLUB GYPROCK Christmas Promotion 2024
Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is via Club Gyprock redemptions only.
PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113 (Promoter).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The promotion commences at 6:00am (AEDT) on 1/11/2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 08/12/2024 (Promotional Period).
ELIGIBILITY
3. Entry is only open to Club Gyprock members who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (Entrants). Employees or contactors of Entrants may enter on behalf of an Entrant, but must state the name of the business or entity upon their Entry.
4. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
5. To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
Redeem a reward from the Club Gyprock rewards store www.clubgyprock.com.au between 6:00am (AEDT) on 1/11/2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 08/12/2024 (Promotional Period).
6. Multiple Entries are permitted. Each Club Gyprock reward redemption automatically grants one entry into the draw.
7. Entrants must have an active Club Gyprock account at the time of the draw.
8. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, erroneous, ineligible, or incomprehensible Entries will be deemed invalid. Any cancelled reward redemptions will result in the revocation of the corresponding Entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected Entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant will deem their Entry invalid
9. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
10. Costs associated with accessing the Promotional website remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service or telecommunications provider used.
DRAW
11. The digital draw to determine the winners will take place at 11:00am (AEDT) on 09/12/2024 at CSR Limited (ABN 90 000 001 276) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113. All prizes will be randomly drawn.
12. The winners will be notified personally in writing within four (4) days of the draw, and their last name, first initial and postcode may be published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites between 10/12/2024 – 31/12/2024.
13. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Major Prize as well as the 25 x Club Gyprock branded YETIs (Secondary Prizes) will be delivered to the winners at the Australian addresses provided to the Promoter. The 25 x Event Cinema 2 x Movie eVouchers (Secondary Prizes) will be delivered electronically to the email addresses provided to the Promoter.
15. The Promoter may conduct a re-draw at the same place and in the same manner as the original draw on 13/01/2025 in order to distribute any Prize(s) (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation.
PRIZES
16. In order to determine the winners, the first eligible entry drawn from all Entries received during the Promotional Period will be the Major Prize winner. The next 50 eligible entries drawn from all Entries received during the Promotional Period will win the Secondary Prize winners.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the prizes after the date and time of prize collection by a winner.
18. It is a condition of accepting and participating in a promotion that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
19. Prize winners can only win one prize. If a customer has multiple entries, they are only eligible to win the first prize drawn. Any subsequent prizes will be redrawn (excludes South Australian residents).
20. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the identity and age of the winner before issuing the prize.
21. The total maximum prize pool value is $7,299 inc GST. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. All prize values are the recommended retail price (including GST).
GENERAL
22. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all Entries and to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) tampered with the entry process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper
misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other
compensation from such an offender are reserved.
23. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
24. As a condition of entering this promotion, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image (including the photograph the subject of the entry) and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
25. The Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the competition as requested by the Promoter and its agents and sign any additional documents reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to this condition. Applicable manufacturers, and/or distributors should be contacted in regard to all prize warranty claims.
26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27. If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
